Digital FI Innovation Analyst - Anaplan

We are seeking a Digital FI Innovation Analyst to join our client's Digital Finance Innovation (FACT) team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, supporting transformation initiatives by leveraging Anaplan and related tools to enhance planning, forecasting, and resource management across Controlling, FP&A, Treasury, and Accounting.

This is not a pure developer role. However, the ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong "builder mindset" - someone who not only understands finance processes but actively improves, automates, and enhances them using technology.

• 3-6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Financial Systems, or Finance Technology

• Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar planning tool (OneStream, Hyperion, etc.)

• Experience working directly with finance stakeholders (FP&A, Controlling, etc.)

• Demonstrated ability to build or improve models, reports, automation, or processes & the ability to technically explain the steps they took.

• Strong analytical mindset - able to break down problems and improve workflows

• Ability to clearly explain what they've done technically and why it mattered - Experience supporting global finance teams

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure)

• Strong interest in learning new tools / self-development
