This isn't a "maintain legacy systems" role.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and building scalable backend systems powering AI-driven healthcare products
• Working across TypeScript + AWS (serverless architecture)
• Building clean, developer-first APIs & SDKs
• Developing high-performance data pipelines for real-time AI insights
• Owning your work end-to-end from architecture through to deployment

• Strong experience with AWS + TypeScript (you're comfortable making architectural decisions)
• Proven track record building scalable, production-grade backend systems
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and real-time data processing
• Someone who cares about performance, reliability, and clean design
