Job description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Systems Administrator with an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance to support secure, mission-critical cloud infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing cloud-based systems while ensuring high availability, security, and operational efficiency., * Administer, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure and virtual environments.

  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security across cloud platforms.
  • Perform system patching, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery operations.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and system-related issues.
  • Support deployment automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and operational requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for cloud operations and reliability.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as:
  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Windows and Linux administration
  • Virtualization technologies
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Identity and access management
  • System monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud security and compliance best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., * Experience supporting government, defense, or intelligence community environments.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Relevant certifications such as:
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
  • Security+
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
