Are you a systems-savvy accounting professional who thrives on solving complex data puzzles? We are seeking a highly motivated, resilient SAP Financial Specialist to anchor a critical, intensive data reconciliation project.

In this role, you will serve as the financial systems expert responsible for diving deep into the ledger to reconcile SAP accruals with master financial reporting. Operating in a tech-driven, multi-location environment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring absolute transaction accuracy, solidifying internal controls, and supporting seamless month-end closures. If you have extensive ERP expertise and want to make an immediate, visible impact on a global supply chain ecosystem, this project is your launching pad. Required Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • Corporate Reporting Background: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience handling corporate financial reporting within a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive SAP Mastery: Hands-on, intensive experience navigating SAP systems is mandatory (SAP Version 4/HANA is highly preferred).
  • Advanced Technical Toolset: Proficient in data-driven tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), Microsoft Access, and modern ERP general ledger applications.
  • Analytical Prowess: Proven capability to analyze massive data sets, extract meaningful conclusions, and present findings in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: Self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines simultaneously and adapt work hours flexibly to meet business-critical timelines. Preferred Qualifications
  • An active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Accrual & SAP Reconciliation: Own the intensive review and reconciliation of SAP accruals directly against core financial reporting blocks to isolate and remediate discrepancies.
  • Month-End Closing Support: Execute full-cycle general ledger maintenance, record complex monthly journal entries, and review P&L statements for absolute completeness and timeliness.
  • Cross-Functional Variance Analysis: Partner closely with business unit leaders across multiple regional locations to report financial results and clearly explain monthly P&L variances.
  • Accounts Payable Auditing: Audit high-volume accounts payable batches to ensure precise coding allocation, correct authorization workflows, and amount validation.
  • Internal Controls Maintenance: Maintain strict compliance with corporate accounting policies, organizational internal controls, and external regulatory guidelines.
