Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal service teams to meet our customers' individual needs for their infrastructure and application deployments. Re-produce complex customer issues to troubleshoot and determine root cause. Drive customer communication during critical events. Build proof of concept environments that abide by cloud-best-practices. Collaborate to help build utilities and tools for internal use that enable AWS Engineers to operate safely at high speed and wide scale. Identify and drive improvements for technical processes. Learn and leverage groundbreaking technologies. Act as an escalation point and mentor to less experienced engineers on the team and across Amazon. Leverage day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept six years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and four years of experience.
