Job description
Support classified IT operations for the Space IT Applications team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Participate in the full application deployment lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, integration, installation, and testing. Deploy and sustain applications within classified environments. Maintain, debug, and support existing systems and interfaces. Serve as a liaison between classified programs and unclassified applications. Must be able to obtain required security clearance. Position located in Littleton, CO or Sunnyvale, CA.
Requirements
TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly (required before start). CompTIA Security+ or other DoD IAT Level II certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues at the application layer. Background working in enterprise environments (compute, storage, network, database). Ability to quickly learn new technical skills in a team setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Strong prioritization skills and ability to deliver excellent customer support. Experience working with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.) and SQL. Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills: Familiarity with agile development and DevOps practices. Experience with scripting/programming languages (C#, Java, Bash, etc.). Experience deploying enterprise applications (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Teamwork Cloud, Tableau). Experience with containerization and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Ansible. Experience with NAS systems. Experience managing compute environments (VMware, Hyper-V, OpenShift)., Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) to comply with ITAR regulations.
