Job description

We are looking for a Veeva Vault IT SME who can provide guidance and expertise services for the Veeva EDC and CDB applications of the Clinical Data domain of the Veeva Development Cloud. Veeva EDC and CDB applications help life sciences companies collect and clean clinical study data. As a Veeva Vault IT SME, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, configuration, and integration of the Veeva EDC and CDB applications with other systems and platforms. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical design (Business Analysis mindset) and expertise for the Veeva EDC and CDB applications on the associated Domain Vault.
  • Challenge the designs and technical proposition suggested by Veeva or other project members, you're also able to say "no" when it is out of scope.
  • Investigate best possible technical solutions.
  • Act as technical reference point of contact for your domain.
  • Take part in project teams and contribute to the implementation of new solutions.
  • Ensure technology consistency in the domain you're working on, by using most appropriate tools and configurations.
  • Perform Change Requests end - to - end, including testing and documentation updates.
  • Perform complex technical tasks on Veeva Vault.
  • Maintain the system technical documentation, specifications, and procedures

for the Source Clinical Data system (contains the Veeva EDC and CDB applications).

  • Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and best practices of the

Veeva EDC and CDB applications.

  • Act as a coach, you're able to explain newly implemented elements to others

(Transfer of knowledge).

  • Execute, write and review test scrips (IQ, OQ, …).

Requirements

Requirements * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or relevant experience in Information Technology.

  • Minimum 6 Months experience in Veeva Vault administration and support is

mandatory.

  • Experience with a GxP System - regulated environments and its validation.
  • Strong knowledge of the Veeva EDC and CDB applications and their

functionalities, features, and integrations.

  • Already understand and overview on the Domain (Vault) you're going to work on.
  • Experience with System deployments.
  • Experience in data migration between Veeva Vaults, using tools such as Veeva

Vault Loader.

  • Knowledge about REST APIs, SDKs, and web services.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable to write step by step test scripts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in Veeva Vault Platform Administration is required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
