leSS adoptions expert and full stack developer

The department is responsible for a portfolio of business-critical applications supporting

operational planning, coordination, and management processes within a large enterprise

environment.

These applications are used daily by a large number of end users and are supported through

a 24/7 operational model.

As a Senior leSS adoptions expert and full stack developer, you will work in a Scrum

environment where you will play a key role in both the technical development and quality of

software solutions. You will collaborate closely with multiple Scrum teams and contribute to

the scalable evolution of business-critical applications.

Functie

• Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions;

• Develop scalable and efficient Java-based solutions;

• Support, maintain and optimize existing applications within a complex IT environment;

• Analyze and resolve technical issues in collaboration with multiple teams;

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable software delivery;

• Maintain technical documentation, architectural decisions and best practices;

• Deploy and manage software releases in an on-premises environment;

• Ensure compliance with clean code principles, SOLID principles and security best practices;

• Coach and mentor junior and medior developers while contributing to knowledge sharing

within the team;

• Collaborate with multiple Scrum teams in a large-scale Agile environment;

• Contribute to the adoption and implementation of LeSS practices across teams;

• Participate in an on-call rotation after a thorough onboarding period.

Required Experience

• Experience with LeSS adoption - minimum 2 years;

• Experience in Java development and bug fixing - minimum 10 years;

• Experience with Spring Framework - minimum 5 years;

• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), JUnit, Mockito and unit testing -

minimum 5 years;

• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD) - minimum 2 years;

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins and Artifactory - minimum 10 years;

• Experience with DevOps principles - minimum 5 years;

• Experience with Hibernate and JPA - minimum 10 years;

• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle) - minimum 10 years;

• Experience with Java 21 - minimum 10 years;

• Experience with Microservices - minimum 5 years;

• Experience with Hexagonal Architecture - minimum 2 years;

• Knowledge of Miro - minimum 2 years;

• Experience with Angular development (minimum version 19) - minimum 2 years;

• Experience with WebSocket - minimum 2 years;
