Tasks

• Manage and support the device and software landscape effectively.
• Provide first-level tech support for school devices and networks.
• Train teachers on new tech solutions, ensuring smooth integration., You support the school management as well as the teachers in all matters concerning media and IT. Your tasks include in particular: - Management and maintenance of the device and software landscape (Chrome OS and iOS) using Google Workspace, Apple School Manager and Jamf - Administration of user access for the pupils (Apple IDs and Google Workspace accounts) including screen monitoring and learning software - Technical first-level support: analysis, localisation and resolution of faults with school devices and in the network - Training and support of teachers in the use of new technical solutions and tools - Annual review of compliance with data protection and security standards according to applicable guidelines - Collaboration in the further development and planning of future ICT infrastructure, data management and digital school administration - Evaluation and procurement of software, hardware and accessories in close cooperation with the school management

• Background in IT or similar field, preferably in school ICT.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Apple School Manager.
• Knowledge of data protection and IT security standards., Training in the field of computer science or equivalent qualification If possible, experience in dealing with school ICT infrastructures, especially with Google Workspace, Apple School Manager and Mobile Device Management (e.g. Jamf) Enjoyment of working with teachers as well as pedagogical understanding Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working Knowledge in the field of data protection and IT security
