Job description
We are looking for a proactive IT Coordinator to ensure smooth IT support operations. Join our dynamic team for exciting projects and modern tech exposure.
Tasks
- Provide first and second-level IT support for hardware and software.
- Coordinate key IT projects within the Microsoft environment.
- Act as the main contact between users and IT providers., As part of our development, we are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of IT support activities while coordinating key IT projects, particularly within the Microsoft environment and business applications.
This role combines technical support (levels 1 and 2) with project coordination responsibilities, acting as the central interface between users, IT providers, and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
IT Support (levels 1 & 2)
- Provide first and second level IT support (hardware, software, network, access)
- Act as the main contact point for IT requests and incidents
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
- Escalate complex incidents to external providers or level 3 support
- Document incidents, solutions, and procedures
- Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment, access, etc.)
IT Project Coordination
- Coordinate and monitor IT projects, particularly in the following areas:
- Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint)
- Business applications (ERP, CRM or other internal tools)
- Act as liaison between internal teams and external partners
- Track project progress (planning, deliverables, priorities)
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Participate in testing, deployment, and user adoption phases
Requirements
- IT education and confirmed experience in IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environment (M365, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset., * Education in IT (CFC, Bachelor or equivalent)
- Proven experience in IT support (levels 1 and 2)
- Initial experience in IT project coordination or IT service management
Technical skills
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (M365, Azure, Windows)
- Good understanding of business applications (ERP/CRM an asset)
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, security, workstations)
Certifications (highly desirable)
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-900, AZ-900 or equivalent)
- ITIL certification (Foundation or higher)
- Languages: fluent French, good knowledge of English
