Job description
- Define and drive the overall testing strategy for complex integration systems
- Design test approaches for APIs, event-driven flows, and integration scenarios
- Structure and orchestrate different test levels (integration, system, end-to-end)
- Collaborate closely with architecture, DevOps, and business teams to ensure testable solutions
- Coordinate and ensure the overall quality of testing activities
- Coach and support teams on testing best practices and automation strategies
- Act as a technical reference and support for the test management function
Requirements
Do you have experience in Management?, * Proven experience as a Technical Test Lead or Technical Test Manager in complex system environments
- Strong expertise in API and integration testing (REST, authentication, API gateways)
- Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures (e.g. Kafka)
- Knowledge of data integration and flow management platforms
- Solid understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures, ideally on Microsoft Azure
- Ability to translate architectural designs into concrete test strategies and test cases
- Experience working in scaled agile environments (e.g. SAFe)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team coaching skills
