Job description

  • Content support of existing SAP HCM application systems and consulting of existing customers
  • Customising of SAP HCM (PY) including schemas and calculation rules for existing and new customers
  • Collaboration in concept creation for the continuous improvement of our processes in the SAP HR environment, both in content implementation and process optimisation
  • Further development and continuous improvement of our customer-specific systems
  • Design and elaboration for further SAP HCM modules (BTP and SAP4/HANA)
  • Creation of requirements for larger ABAP developments for our external ABAP development team
  • Monitoring the implementation by the external ABAP development team
  • Optional development of smaller customer solutions (BAdIs / Reports / Enhancements) based on ABAP

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP PY customising
  • Completed (technical) university degree or comparable qualification
  • Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
  • Intercultural competence
  • Ideally experience in leading sub-projects
  • Experience in ABAP development is an advantage
