• Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Cloud-Lösungen, z. B. Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online / SharePoint-Umgebung inkl. MS Apps, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business) und sonstige fachbezogene Applikationen
• Mitarbeit im Second-Level-Support und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen
• Beratung, Konzeption und Design sowie Anwendersupport von Modern-Workplace-Themen wie z. B. Microsoft 365 und SharePoint-Lösungen
• Analyse und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen
• Analytisches Erfassen von Geschäftsprozessen und Umsetzung in strukturierte Lösungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Tiefgehende Erfahrung in Microsoft-365-Administration und Governance, insbesondere von SharePoint Online und MS Teams
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Security und Compliance Center und eine Affinität zu SaaS-Lösungen
• Interesse an Copilot für Microsoft 365 und im Bereich Microsoft Azure
• Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und / oder im Anwendersupport
• Hohe Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
