Job description

We are looking for experienced L2 Network Engineers German and English., * Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure

  • Perform L2 troubleshooting for routing, switching, and connectivity issues
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and escalation support
  • Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Support LAN/WAN, VPN, WLAN, and data center network operations
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and cross-functional technical teams
  • Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and network changes

Requirements

Experience: 10 years of relevant networking experience, * Strong experience in:

  • Routing & Switching

  • TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP

  • Cisco / Juniper / Aruba networking technologies

  • Firewall and VPN troubleshooting

  • Network monitoring tools

  • Experience in incident management and ticketing systems

  • Understanding of ITIL processes

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills Mandatory Requirements

  • German Language Proficiency: C1 Level

  • Ability to work onsite in Frankfurt or Berlin

  • Prior experience in L2 Network Support roles

  • EU work authorization preferred Preferred Certifications

  • CCNA / CCNP

  • JNCIA / JNCIS

  • ITIL Foundation
