We're Hiring: Zendesk System Administrator At Netzon Group , we're growing fast-and we're looking for an experienced Zendesk System Administrator to join our International Team in Barcelona for our New Balance project. About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy Zendesk Administrator to lead and optimise NB's Zendesk ecosystem. In this role, you'll own the configuration, stability, innovation, and continuous improvement of the platform. You'll help ensure our customer support operations scale efficiently while meeting SLAs and delivering seamless experiences. Working closely with Operations, IT, Team Leaders, P&C, and Analytics, you'll translate business needs into smart workflows and automation. You'll manage data structures, governance, integrations, and reporting to maintain system integrity and performance. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of NB's customer service technology environment. The ideal candidate is organised, adaptable, solutions-focused, and confident making decisions in a fast-paced support environment. What We're Looking For Full fluency in English. 3-5+ years administering in large Zendesk Suite environments working with multiple languages (Support, Guide, Analytics, Messaging, WhatsApp; Talk). Knowledge on AI tools (Advanced Bot, Agentic, Copilot, etc). Hands-on with triggers/automations, advanced views, SLAs, and OCR APIs/webhooks, JSON payloads, Postman; comfort reading logs and troubleshooting. Strong data orientation: Analytics, Power BI/Excel (Power Query), basic SQL. Practical ITIL exposure (incident/change), documentation and release hygiene. Solid stakeholder communication; ability to translate operations needs into technical changes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and monitor workloads effectively, flexing resource to optimize results as the needs demand. Ability to solve problems and a positive attitude. Zendesk certifications (preferred but not required).
