Job description
dbt on top of our Redshift warehouse * Build clear, trustworthy dashboards in Looker / Tableau that drive decisions across the business * Partner with stakeholders in Clinical Ops, Commercial, Marketing, and Finance to translate questions into data products * Improve data quality, documentation, and testing across the analytics layer * Help define metrics and KPIs that scale across markets * Contribute to the evolution of our data stack and analytics engineering practices What were looking for: * 2-4 years of experience as a BI Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Analyst with strong engineering instincts * Strong SQL skills and solid experience with dbt (or a clear desire to go deep on it) * Experience with a cloud data warehouse - Redshift ideal, but Snowflake / BigQuery experience translates * Comfortable building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar * Good eye for data modelling - you think about grain, naming, and reusability, not just "does the number show up"
Requirements
