Integration Specialist - EDI & Application Integration Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote) Contract: Interim / Contract Role Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist - EDI & Application Integration to support a global business environment during a temporary cover assignment. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing integrations across ERP, WMS, EDI, and third-party business systems within an international environment. You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure reliable system connectivity, smooth data exchange, and effective integration solutions across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities - Support and maintain EDI and application integrations across business systems - Manage integrations between ERP, WMS, and external partner platforms - Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve interface and data exchange issues
- Work with APIs and integration technologies including REST and SOAP services - Support XML, JSON, and SQL-based integrations and data flows - Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business users - Ensure integration reliability, documentation, and continuous improvement Required Skills & Experience - 4+ years of experience in EDI and application integration roles - Strong experience with ERP integrations, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics and/or SAP - Experience working with: - EDI platforms and standards - REST / SOAP APIs - XML, JSON, SQL - WMS and third-party system integrations - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment Languages - Fluent Spanish - required - Fluent French or English is advantageous Nice to Have - Experience within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or pharmaceutical environments - Exposure to EDICOM / EDCom platforms - Experience in international or multi-country environments Working Model - Hybrid role based in Barcelona - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote If you are an experienced integration professional looking for an immediate-start contract opportunity within an international business environment, we would like to hear from you.
