Strong full-stack skills and the ability to build end-to-end solutions with limited supervision. Experience working with APIs, integrations, and business workflows. Comfort working in ambiguous environments where requirements are not fully defined upfront. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ownership mentality: able to move initiatives forward, identify blockers, and make progress without constant direction. Nice to have Experience building internal tools or operational platforms. Experience with CMS platforms, document workflows, or systems such as Adobe Sign, Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Familiarity with automation platforms or workflow tools. Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular. Experience with Node.js, Python, SQL, and REST APIs. Experience evaluating low-code / no-code options when appropriate.
