compliance with corporate security frameworks. - Drive cross-functional projects with vendors and stakeholders, aligning infrastructure reliability and scalability with strategic business goals. - Establish and coordinate NOC operations with an offshore L1/L2 support team, defining incident workflows, escalation paths, and leading technical interviews and infrastructure knowledge transfer. - Develop automation scripts and templates to provision, configure, and manage infrastructure resources. - Maintain accurate documentation of global infrastructure design and policies. - Develop PoC environments for new infrastructure designs. Skills, Experience and Knowledge Requirements: - English is the program language (oral & written); Spanish is a plus. - Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups. - Strong hands-on experience installing, configuring, and operating virtualization products and platform services, particularly VMware (VCP certification desired). - Strong hands-on experience installing, configuring, and operating SAN/NAS solutions and platform services, especially NetApp. - Expert level in Linux administration and management of hybrid cloud environments. - Experience implementing observability and monitoring stacks (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Promtail). - Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes clusters. - Expertise in automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Ability to manage multi-cloud strategies and coordinate cross-functional projects.
