You will also collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure our tracking framework remains fully aligned with GDPR and privacy requirements. Define and lead the media tracking and data activation agenda - setting priorities, identifying opportunities, and ensuring robust, timely, and future-proof implementations across all channels and platforms. Advise marketing teams on technical feasibility and guide them on how new marketing strategies can be operationalized and measured. Define specifications for event tracking across web and mobile (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, GTM, SDKs, Data Layers) and coordinate implementation with the dedicated engineering team. Build and manage audience segments across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Criteo, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Ads, and additional DSPs. Audit existing tracking implementations for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, and establish processes for ongoing monitoring and validation. Troubleshoot tracking and tagging issues, working closely with development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to detect tracking gaps, quantify business impact, and evaluate the value of new or improved tracking implementations. Document tracking setups, audience definitions, and compliance decisions to ensure transparency, scalability, and smooth handover. Stay current on new products, features, and best practices across media and measurement platforms. What you need to succeed Good to have 3+ years of experience in analytics implementation, MarTech, AdTech, or closely related fields. Master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Chemistry, etc.). Expertise with implementing conversion tracking across marketing platforms (pixel, CAPI, API/Events, Enhanced Conversions or equivalent), as well as audience setup, product/data feed catalogues, conversion windows, and attribution configurations. Strong understanding of web and app analytics fundamentals, including event structures, conversion tracking, and data layer design. Experience with the tracking and measurement ecosystems of major media platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Ads, Criteo, and others. Exceptional attention to detail with a rigorous approach to accuracy and quality. Problem-solving mindset, with strong troubleshooting and QA capabilities. Proactive, fast learner, and naturally curious about data privacy, tracking technologies, and the evolving marketing tech landscape. Preferred Qualifications Experienc
