Senior SailPoint ISC Developer / Engineer Location Spain (Hybrid / Fully Remote options available) Employment Type Permanent Overview Our consulting customer in Spain is seeking a highly experienced Senior SailPoint ISC Developer / Engineer to join their growing Identity & Access Management team. We are specifically looking for a senior-level professional with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and proven N3 operational support capabilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership of complex technical issues, and contributing to both operational stability and platform development. This role involves working within international environments, requiring excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and support SailPoint ISC solutions Perform advanced (N3) troubleshooting and issue resolution Manage complex operational and technical tasks independently Develop and maintain integrations, workflows, and identity governance processes Support onboarding of applications and access governance controls Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and international customers Participate in architecture discussions and platform improvements Ensure IAM best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements are followed Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives Required Experience Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Proven experience providing L3 / N3 operational support Ability to work independently on complex technical issues and platform administration Experience with IAM concepts including: Joiner / mover / leaver processes Access certifications Role management Provisioning and deprovisioning Identity lifecycle management Experience integrating applications using APIs and connectors Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments Technical Skills SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow IAM / IGA concepts REST APIs SSO and federation technologies Scripting or development experience (Java, PowerShell, Beanshell, or similar) Cloud-based identity solutions Incident management and operational support Language Requirements Fluent English (spoken and written) Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
