React Native Engineer

We're hiring: React Native Developers Spain (On-site in Salamanca) | Full-time At Silicon Dali, we're looking for 2 React Native Developers to join our engineering team in Salamanca, Spain, and help us build high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android. This is an on-site role, so candidates must already be based in Spain or willing to relocate to Salamanca. Please note: Candidates must already be eligible to work in Spain. We are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship or work permit support for this position. We build custom software products for startups and enterprises, with strong expertise in iGaming, forex, fintech, and crypto. Our focus is on performance, scalability, security, and building software that lasts. We're looking for engineers with strong software engineering fundamentals, proven React Native experience, and a modern development mindset using AI-powered engineering tools like Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar. What You'll Do Build and maintain production-grade React Native applications. Integrate REST APIs, backend services, WebSockets, and real-time systems. Improve app performance, reliability, and release quality. Collaborate closely with backend engineers, QA, product, and design teams. Support App Store and Google Play releases. Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality. What We're Looking For Professional experience building production React Native applications. Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills. Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, debugging, and clean code principles. Experience with Redux, Zustand, or similar state management solutions. Performance optimization and debugging experience. Familiarity with mobile CI/CD and release pipelines. Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar in daily development workflows. Git experience. Strong English communication skills.
