Practical understanding of running Rails at scale and solving performance challenges. Hands-on Kubernetes experience beyond basic usage. Actual configuration, deployment management, and service orchestration. Cloud infrastructure and deployment experience. Experience with Docker, cloud infrastructure automation tools, and CI/CD pipeline management. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Essential for our distributed team collaboration via Slack and GitHub. Empathy and the ability to work in a close-knit team.
