Hello We're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team in the Platform domain. Your mission is to keep the Factorial application running 24/7, guarantee performance, scalability, and security, and research improvements to empower product engineers. Base Pay Range The annual gross salary is between 60,500€ and 70,000€ , comprised of a base salary of 55,000€ and a variable pay of up to 7,000€ annually (paid quarterly). This figure reflects the company's goals and your expertise. The Role We need candidates with solid experience monitoring and troubleshooting large-scale application deployments on the cloud. Ideal experience includes: Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Ansible Observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry Public cloud services like AWS or Azure Debugging issues in a Kubernetes cluster Managing a large MySQL cluster with high-availability configuration ️ Please note this is not a backend or frontend software engineering role. Mentor - excited to share experience and help others grow. 8+ years as a software or systems engineer, with at least 3 years as a cloud SRE. Professional English communication skills.
