Job description

We are looking for a talented, curious and hands-on Data, Automation & BI Analyst to join our growing regional Commercial Strategy team, based in Madrid and supporting 5 countries across Latin America. This role combines data, automation and AI-enabled process optimization to help scale the impact of the team and improve efficiency across the organization. You will work on high-impact regional initiatives, partnering with commercial, strategy and data teams to develop scalable reporting solutions, automate processes and explore practical AI use cases. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building solutions and working in a fast-paced international environment with high ownership and visibility. Main responsibilities Data & Business Intelligence - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools using visualization platforms (Power BI or similar). - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs. -

Requirements

Partner with regional and local teams on strategic initiatives and process improvement projects. - Translate business needs into analytical and technical solutions. - Work in a highly collaborative and multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders What we are looking for Experience & Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in BI, Automation, Data or related roles. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar fields. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive initiatives end-to-end. - Hands-on profile with the ability to build practical and scalable solutions. - High level of autonomy and ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments. - Curiosity and strong interest in automation, AI and digital transformation. - Strong learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies. Technical skills Experience in several of the following areas is expected: - SQL - Python - Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio - Data modelling and data transformation - Process automation tools (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make or similar) - APIs and data integrations - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets - AI tools and LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar) Nice to have - Experience building internal tools, automations or workflow solutions. - Experience working in multinational or regional environments. - Familiarity with cloud-based data environments.
