We are looking for a Head of IT to lead our technology infrastructure, manage development teams, and ensure the security and reliability of our banking platform. We are looking for a Head of IT to lead our technology infrastructure and engineering teams. You will be responsible for the overall technical strategy, platform architecture, security, and reliability of our banking platform. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with business objectives - Manage and mentor engineering and DevOps teams - Oversee platform architecture, security, and infrastructure - Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity regulations - Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships - Drive continuous improvement in development processes Requirements - 5+ years in IT management or engineering leadership within fintech or banking - Strong background in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security - Experience managing development teams of 10+ engineers - Knowledge of regulatory requirements for banking IT systems - Fluency in English required; Russian is a plus
