Software Engineer

Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $75 per hour (up to $1.5k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment. We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced software engineers who can help train their latest language model on software development tasks. We're looking for Senior and Staff engineers with 5+ years at top technology companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core software engineering workflows: system design, code review, algorithm implementation, architecture documentation, debugging, and technical writing. Compensation: $100/hour Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2k/week) Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule Qualifications: Senior or Staff Software Engineer with 5+ years at a top technology company Strong expertise in system design, algorithms, and software architecture Excellent written communication and attention to detail
