Influence global roadmaps with structured, data-driven input. - Contribute to opportunity assessments and local business cases. Translate Business Needs into Product Execution - Produce high-quality user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. - Define country-specific requirements. - Ensure alignment with legal, operational, and commercial realities. Drive Quality & Validation - Participate in discovery, research, and co-creation initiatives. - Coordinate and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Ensure local readiness and compliance before launch. Lead Local Rollout & Adoption - Act as the bridge between global product squads and Spanish stakeholders. - Coordinate feature launches and internal enablement. - Prepare training materials and documentation. - Support post-launch monitoring and performance tracking. Profile & Experience - 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles. - Experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe). - Exposure to SaaS (B2B or B2B2C); fintech experience is a strong plus. - Strong analytical skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, or related field.
