What You Bring University degree (Bachelor or equivalent) with a focus on information technology, stakeholder management. Desirable Project Management/ITIL or similar certifications. Knowledge with MS Office Suite. Fluent in English and German desirable. Continuous learning willingness and ability in a fast moving environment with the ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way. Requirements
internships/work experience in projects coordination, service management, process coordination. Desirable previous experience with agile teams or center of excellence teams as well as working with ITIL Processes and Service Now or similar systems. Process or project management, ITIL training or certification desirable. Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
