Well, we're looking for kick-ass colleagues to complete our ambitious, cheerful, and lively team of top professionals Your role at Yuki As Cloud Engineer , your mission is to elevate our SaaS-product by modernizing and scaling our platform. You will take complete ownership of our 100% cloud-based infrastructure on AWS . Your focus will be on maintaining the seamless operation of our platform while driving continuous improvements to enhance its modernization. Collaborating closely with our software development teams, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and advancing a genuine DevOps culture across the organization. Your efforts will ensure that our platform not only operates efficiently but also evolves to meet the growing demands of our users and the rapidly changing technological landscape. Continuous improvement: You will work on continuously improving our AWS infrastructure, considering scalability, maintainability and security Administering and monitoring: This includes managing Windows, SQL Server, Linux servers and Kubernetes (EKS) clusters Projects: Manage infrastructure-focused projects, i.e. design, testing, monitoring and security. Further, you will engage in infrastructure related projects initiated by the product teams DevOps strategy: Together with our Platform team you will evaluate and iterate on strategies to improve our DevOps practices and execute on them in order to facilitate DevOps across the organization What Are We Looking For 5+ years of experience working with a public cloud platform (AWS/GCP) Strong experience with AWS networking (VPC/subnets/routing/security groups), EC2/Auto Scaling, fine-tuning S3 tiers, RDS (backup/restore, patching, performance), EKS configuration and maintenance Nice to have: hands-on production

Requirements

experience with CloudFront/CDN, ElastiCache, Lambda, SQS/SNS Working experience setting up, running and maintaining Windows Servers within a public cloud An analytical, inventive and forward-thinking mind Experienced setting up CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps/GitHub Infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation, Ansible/Chef/Puppet) Deployment, monitoring, and application management scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash/Python) You feel comfortable working with a lot of freedom and autonomy and are ready to take responsibility Good communication skills in English Very Important: what's in it for you At Yuki, we believe in empowering our team so they can empower our users.
