Full-Stack Lead Engineer

What Youll Do Lead full-stack development: Contribute across our platform, React (web), Node.js (backend), React Native (mobile). Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Product and Design to scope, plan, and deliver features. Build AI-powered workflows: Support features built around AI agents, voice interactions , and n8n automations . Mentor and guide engineers: Establish code quality standards, review PRs, and help grow the team. Own infrastructure: Manage performance, scalability, and reliability of our services, hosted on Azure . You Should Have 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience (React, Node.js, REST APIs) Experience leading projects or small engineering teams Comfort working with React Native or mobile-first development Familiarity with Azure cloud
