Requirements

Infoser NT is looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong AWS experience to join an international platform engineering and enablement environment. The selected candidate will be part of a team focused on platform operations, automation, self-service capabilities, backend integrations, and cloud-native infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a solid DevOps mindset, strong AWS expertise, hands-on experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, and the ability to support reliable and scalable production environments. We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented engineer who enjoys working in agile teams, improving platform stability, automating operational processes, and contributing to the evolution of modern cloud-based platforms. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS. - Develop, improve, and operate CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions. - Support platform automation and self-service capabilities. - Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, or similar. - Work on backend integrations, API connectivity, and platform services. - Support the operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production environments. - Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational stability. - Work with containerized environments and orchestration platforms, especially Kubernetes. - Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus. - Collaborate with development, platform, data, and operations teams to deliver robust technical solutions. - Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve service efficiency. - Apply security, compliance, and governance standards across cloud and platform operations. - Participate in technical handover, knowledge transfer, documentation, and transition activities when required. - Work in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar role. - Strong hands-on experience with AWS services. - Practical knowledge of AWS components such as Lambda, S3, IAM, CDK, and related cloud-native services. - Experience working with Kubernetes. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitHub Actions. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code, using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, or similar. - Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows. - Solid Python scripting and automation skills. - Good knowledge of Linux environments. - Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus. - Ability to troubleshoot production environments and support platform stability. - Understanding of security, access control, and compliance principles in cloud environments. - Experience working in agile environments, preferably Scrum or SAFe. - Fluent English, both written and spoken. Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience with TypeScript. - API development or backend integration experience. - Knowledge of Elasticsearch. - Basic networking knowledge. - Exposure to data platforms, especially Databricks. - Experience with ETL pipelines or data platform operations. - Familiarity with Data Mesh concepts. - Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, or data compliance requirements. - AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer. - Experience in transition or handover scenarios. - Previous experience in international and multicultural technical environments.
