integrations , particularly using Ping AM. Maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, applications, ITSM platforms, and SIEM tools. Implement system changes, patches, and enhancements in accordance with change management best practices. Collaborate closely with customer teams to improve processes, performance, and system reliability. Maintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. Your Experience:Hands-on experience with one or more Ping Identity products , such as Ping AM, Ping IDM, or Ping Directory (Ping DS) (formerly Forge Rock). Relevant certifications are a plus. Solid knowledge of IAM concepts and protocols , including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and Open ID Connect (OIDC). Experience operating Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems in on-premise or hybrid environments. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs, APIs, connectors, and relational databases. Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Git Lab , and confident use of Microsoft Office tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused communication style. Language skills:Portuguese, Spanish, and English (minimum B2 level ).
