Job description
To meet our challenges today as well as our new challenges tomorrow, we are looking for an IT Manager on a permanent contract based at our Lisses site.
You will be responsible for overseeing all the IT infrastructure in your perimeter: France/ Benelux/ Ireland and UK)
- Managing and overseeing all IT infrastructure aspects, ERP and non-ERP (applications), in close collaboration with the Group's Global IT team and Managing Directors,
- Providing hands one user support (liaison with service providers, deployment of IT policies and rules).
- Managing all IT hardware assets and mobile telephony,
- Acting as the primary contact for the portfolio of IT suppliers,
- Implementing, coordinating, and monitoring internal systems and procedures in line with Group policies,
- Analyzing IT needs arising from business activities and contributing to the annual budgeting process,
- Recommending IT solutions that deliver efficiency gains and real added value for the organization,
- Managing and coordinating IT projects (system upgrades, migrations),
- Ensuring the security of procedures and information systems (training, awareness, internal data control),
- Managing IT asset tracking
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Do you have a Master's degree?, A Master's level degree (equivalent to Bac +5) from an engineering school in IT or a university degree with a specialization in IT or information systems is required.
You should have 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field, as a system and network administrator, network engineer, system engineer, or IT project manager, ideally complemented by project management experience.
You have knowledge of:
- Workstation, server, and hardware/software architecture principles,
- IT project coordination and monitoring,
- Information systems security,
- Autonomous administration and installation of IT networks,
- Mastery of COBIT, ITIL, ISO, or NIST standards
You are used to handling complex topics and are able to position yourself as a subject matter expert in your field.
You have strong communication skills and can adapt your message to different stakeholders while ensuring clear understanding.
You rely on solid organizational skills to optimize your schedule according to both planned and unplanned constraints.
You are curious, rigorous, and recognized for your commitment to continuous improvement and customer service.
You are fluent in English in a multicultural professional environment.
Regular travel is required across the different sites within the scope: Lisses (91), Sorgues (84), Oosterhout (NL), Swinton/Rochester (UK).
