Job description
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Coach our teams on self-organization and agile principles.
- Identify and remove impediments.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog management.
- Foster collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance and proactively drive improvements.
- Further strengthen the agile transformation of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Between 2-5 years proven experience as a Scrum Master in global operating environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Scrum Master certifications are a plus, but work experience is more valuable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and align diverse audiences.

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our IT Applications team in Schiedam. You will act as a key stakeholder in driving the success of our continuous improvement way of working. You facilitate Agile teams across the organization, enabling strong collaboration, proactively removing impediments, and embedding a mindset of ongoing learning and optimization. By guiding teams and stakeholders alike, you play a pivotal role in continuously enhancing how we deliver value and strengthen our Agile maturity.
