Job description
Working closely with teams across E-Commerce, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, and Supply, you turn complex data into clear business actions that help improve pricing competitiveness, optimize conversion, maximize ROI, and support smarter commercial decisions across our key markets., * Deliver clear, data-driven insights across markets, channels, pricing, conversion, demand, supply, and key commercial performance drivers.
- Drive margin optimization and commercial growth by analyzing demand- and supply-driven segmentation, portfolio performance, pricing opportunities, customer behavior, and market gaps using analytical models.
- Conduct portfolio segmentation, gap analysis, price elasticity analysis, and forecasting to identify growth opportunities, pricing inefficiencies, and revenue improvement levers.
- Build and optimize dashboards, forecasting models, and analytical frameworks, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to monitor key business KPIs, improve efficiency, uncover deeper insights, and support smarter pricing, commercial, and revenue-related decision-making across traffic, conversion, revenue, orders, pricing competitiveness, contribution margin, and profitability.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in data, business, e-commerce, pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or performance analysis, ideally in e-commerce, travel, marketplaces, retail, or performance marketing.
- Solid understanding of digital funnels, pricing dynamics, merchandising, conversion optimization, commercial KPIs, and profitability drivers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect pricing, traffic, conversion, revenue, marketing activity, and margin performance.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
- Familiarity with pricing analysis, revenue management, price competitiveness, elasticity, margin optimization, forecasting, or commercial planning is a strong plus.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic to intermediate skills in SQL, Python, and/or R are a strong plus. Experience with rule-based machine learning models and time series analysis is an advantage.
- Knowledge in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking website traffic, user behavior, and standard reporting is a plus.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus., How would you rate your SQL experience? * Which programming languages have you used for data analysis? * Python R SQL only None, but I'm learning or open to learning
