Minimum 2 years in a 2nd line, 3rd line, or EUC engineer role with hands on experience supporting Apple (macOS) or Windows environments

Hands-on administration experience with at least one endpoint management platform (Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune)

Experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments

Experience in a client facing role, ideally within a managed service provider or multi-client environment

Experience working within a structured ticketing system environment

5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including Maths and English. Candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant industry experience and certifications will also be considered Technical Skills

Strong working knowledge of either or both macOS and Windows 10/11 including troubleshooting, configuration, and hardware

Endpoint management administration (Jamf Pro and/or Microsoft Intune) including policies, enrolment, compliance, and application deployment

Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Entra ID (Azure AD) user and group management, conditional access, and MFA
-
Scripting in Bash or Python, with PowerShell as an advantage

Endpoint security including encryption, patching, hardening, and compliance monitoring

Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting
