Job description
- Provide hands-on DBA support across Oracle (19c, RMAN, OEM, Data Guard) and SQL Server (Always On, patching, installations)
- Manage backups, high availability, performance tuning and incident resolution across secure environments
- Deliver installations, upgrades and ongoing maintenance for database platforms
- Support automation and Scripting (PowerShell) alongside Windows administration
- Work across on-prem and Azure infrastructure, ensuring security, resilience and performance
- Support an upcoming secure network migration project alongside BAU
Requirements
- Active DV clearance
- Ability to work onsite 2-4 days per week (increasing during project phase)
