Test Analyst & Test Lead

This is a hands-on opportunity for strong Test Analysts and Test Leads with proven experience across complex systems, high data volumes, and end-to-end testing within test data covering cards processing functions such as authorisations, settlements, disputes, and customer servicing environments., * Design and execute robust test strategies, cases, and scripts

• Validate complex data migrations and data integrity
• Manage and support end-to-end testing cycles across integrated systems
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery quality
• (Lead role) Own test strategy, mentor team members, and drive best practice

Strong background within test data covering cards processing functions such as authorisations, settlements, disputes, and customer servicing environments.

• Experience with migration testing and high-volume data environments
• Hands-on with modern testing tools and frameworks
• Knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-based environments
• Exposure to automation frameworks (Cucumber, JUnit) and CI/CD tools
• Performance testing awareness (desirable)
