Job description

Environment and Release Manager - Salesforce, DevOps

Xpertise are urgently looking for an Environment and Release Manager (Salesforce, DevOps) for an immediate start.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in environment & release management within Salesforce ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins (or similar)
  • Experience working across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Heroku environments
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools
  • Experience with automation frameworks and cloud deployments
  • Strong knowledge of containerisation technologies (eg, Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Experience in Central Government

Role is fully remote - inside IR35
