Job description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Cloud Engineer Teaching Instructor to support our technical course development and Bootcamp training. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. You will play a vital role in assisting students, creating course materials, and ensuring a smooth learning experience.
This is a part-time teaching role focused on student review, Q&A, and learning support. The curriculum is predefined, and the instructor will focus on helping students consolidate key concepts and solve problems.
Key Responsibilities

Teach and mentor students through a structured 18-week Cloud Engineering Bootcamp by delivering review sessions and Q&A support (4 hours per week).

Familiarize yourself with existing course content, support content development, and help adapt materials for the bootcamp.

Work closely with students to guide them through projects and assignments, ensuring a strong understanding of the concepts taught.

Support learners of diverse backgrounds by adapting teaching methods to varying skill levels and learning styles.

Collaborate with WeCloudData faculty and staff to maintain the highest standards in course delivery and student outcomes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, Strong hands-on knowledge in topics covered by the bootcamp: Python, Streamlit, Linux, Git, SQL, FastAPI, Azure fundamentals (VM, Networking, Storage, Azure Database for PostgreSQL), GitHub Actions, and Terraform.

Good communication skills in English (spoken and written), with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.

Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or technical coaching is preferred.

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to run effective review/Q&A sessions.
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience teaching or tutoring technical subjects.

Familiarity with DevOps or Cloud tools and practices.

Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.

Azure certificates are nice to have.

Working with cloud projects, including cross-functional collaboration with other engineering teams.

Exposure to teaching, mentoring, or training, either in academic settings or corporate training programs.
