Job description

With a deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies and advanced change management strategies, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers who've taken up our Adoption and Change Management offerings, helping companies of all shapes and sizes to adopt new ways of working with Microsoft Cloud technologies including Copilot for Microsoft 365.

On a day-to-day basis you will be running customer workshops, showcasing adoption and change best practice and providing guidance based on experience, to ensure our customers get the most out of their investment in Microsoft technologies.

You will be creating, developing, and executing adoption plans, creating eye-catching communications, creating and delivering awareness and education sessions, along with reviewing the success of customer adoption and planning for reinforcement. After all, good adoption is not an add-on or one-off activity but, but the result of effective change management.

As a senior ACM you will be contributing towards the strategic initiatives and mentoring team members.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Sales by creating detailed proposals and Statements of Work when planning engagements
  • Work closely with the Adoption and Change Management Team Lead to continually improve the Adoption and Change Management service offerings
  • Plan and execute workshops (onsite, remote) with customers focused on Adoption and Change Management
  • Prepare, document, execute and control adoption plans based on workshop outputs
  • Prepare and document communication materials to boost end user adoption
  • Prepare and document training materials to support awareness and education sessions to boost end user adoption
  • Work with customers to plan their Transparity Training & Adoption Portal rollouts and our M365 Trainer to execute
  • Deliver bespoke knowledge transfer sessions (1 to 1, small group sessions for all employee levels)
  • Prepare, document, and execute champions programmes
  • Plan and execute change & adoption review sessions, analyse customer consumption data, and prepare updates to adoption plans when reinforcement of change is required
  • Log, track and manage adoption project engagements following internal processes
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Technology Consultants when required on projects to support technical readiness and user readiness
  • Take full ownership of project engagements and work collaboratively with customers to prepare and plan for change and execute their adoption of cloud services
  • Regularly review customer's adoption of Microsoft 365 services, reporting back to the Adoption and Change Management Team Lead to advise on opportunities.
  • Oversee our larger and more complex ACM projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Adoption and Change Management service offerings.

Requirements

  • Certified Change Management Practitioner (APMG or Prosci)
  • Certified Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist (preferred, not essential)
  • Versatility, adaptability, and quick thinking are an absolute must. The candidate must be able to juggle multiple engagements and customer needs with great attention to detail and respond quickly to changes
  • Demonstrable skills in creating and delivering M365 Pilot adoption plans and training
  • A passion of all things people and Microsoft technology; enthusiastic and engaging
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels, including executive management.
  • Experience in delivering workshops and knowledge sessions, with a proven track record of successful change management in large organizations
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Clear, logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Self-motivated and committed to ongoing personal development
