Job description

  • Lead complex, cross-functional Finance transformation initiatives that modernize processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Drive end-to-end program delivery from project definition through execution, adoption, and value realization.
  • Partner with executive sponsors and Finance leadership to define scope, success metrics, timelines, and governance.
  • Apply structured program and project management practices to plan, execute, monitor, and mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in finance transformation, program/project management, or process-driven initiatives.
  • Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs with measurable results.
  • Experience with Finance systems, reporting, and analytics platforms, including S/4 HANA transformations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
