Job description

Rokt is scaling rapidly across our Strategic Key Accounts (SKA) segment, the Top 200 ecommerce clients in our portfolio, and our New York-based SKA team needs a Solutions Engineer who can be the technical voice in the room with the world's most sophisticated retailers, streaming platforms, travel brands, and financial services companies.

This is a client-facing, externally-focused role. You will sit alongside Business Development and Account Management as the technical lead for a defined book of SKA accounts, from first technical conversation through launch and into ongoing optimization. You will run scoping calls with the client's engineering team, design integration solutions that fit their stack, deliver technical presentations and demos, respond to security and technical questionnaires, and own the technical relationship with senior engineering stakeholders, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and platform leads at Top 200 brands.

You'll lead implementation and integration work across web SDK, iOS / Android SDK, server-to-server, API, and tracking / event data flows. You'll translate Rokt's product capabilities into solutions tailored to each client's architecture, commercial goals, and constraints, and you'll be the person the client trusts to give them a straight technical answer when they ask one.

It is a senior individual contributor role responsible for being Rokt's technical face to our most strategic clients, while building the muscle and reputation to grow into a leadership role over time.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer,you will be expected to operate with high autonomy within your domain, make data-informed trade-offs, influence clients and internal stakeholders through technical credibility, proactively manage risk, and create leverage through AI-enabled workflows., * Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of SKA accounts, running technical discovery, scoping calls, and integration design sessions directly with the client's engineering, product, and analytics teams.

  • Lead technical presentations, product demos, and integration walkthroughs for senior client stakeholders, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and platform leads at Top 200 brands.
  • Design and deliver integration solutions tailored to each client's stack across web SDK, iOS / Android SDK, server-to-server, API, and tracking / event data flows, balancing what's technically optimal with what the client can realistically deploy.
  • Own the technical components of RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and procurement reviews, partnering with Legal, Security, and Product to deliver accurate, compelling responses on the timelines clients expect.
  • Be the client's escalation path for technical issues post-launch, driving resolution internally and communicating crisp updates back to client stakeholders.
  • Rebuild inherited processes with AI at the centre, defining AI-augmented workflows for client research, RFP responses, technical scoping, documentation, and QA, and own the roadmap for what gets automated next within your domain.

Target total compensation ranges from $214,000 - $228,000, including a fixed annual salary of $174,000 - $188,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
