You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule.
New hires can expect to be 100% onsite for the first 90 days.
In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of hardware systems that enhance the functionality and safety of aerospace technologies, playing a vital role in advancing Honeywell's innovation in the industry.

Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture, * Conduct Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to identify potential failure points and assess their impact on system performance.
- Perform Part Stress Analysis to evaluate component reliability under various operating conditions.
- Support Reliability Analysis efforts to ensure products meet stringent reliability requirements throughout their lifecycle.
- Facilitate Failure Review Boards (FRBs) to analyze failure data and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) processes to track and resolve reliability issues.
- Conduct overstress analysis to determine the effects of extreme conditions on product performance.
- Provide Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) support for production failures, ensuring thorough investigation and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability considerations into product design and development processes.
- Travel to suppliers, customers, or other Honeywell facilities in support of reliability engineering activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in hardware engineering with a focus on reliability.

- Experience with reliability testing tools and techniques, including HALT, HASS, and life testing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods for reliability assessment.
- Advanced Engineering degrees such as MS in Reliability Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in leading reliability projects or initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
