Business Analyst - Media & Entertainment

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong communication and analytical skills to support projects within media and entertainment environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to help define requirements, improve processes, and support successful project delivery., * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions
• Create user stories, process flows, gap analyses, and functional documentation
• Support Agile project delivery and help manage requirements throughout the SDLC
• Coordinate testing efforts including UAT support and validation
• Track risks, dependencies, issues, and action items across projects
• Help identify process improvements and operational efficiencies

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and related project tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Media or entertainment industry experience preferred

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting streaming, broadcast, studio, advertising, or content operations initiatives
• Experience with enterprise systems, integrations, or workflow platforms
• Prior consulting experience is a plus
