Senior Exploitation Specialist (Data Scientists)

Trevity is seeking a Senior Exploitation Specialist / Data Scientist to support intelligence and operational missions at USSOUTHCOM in Miami/Doral, Florida. The successful candidate will leverage advanced data science methodologies, intelligence analysis experience, and software development expertise to transform large and complex datasets into actionable intelligence products that directly support mission planning and operations. This position requires an experienced intelligence professional who can independently develop scalable analytic processes, identify meaningful intelligence insights, and translate findings into operationally relevant products for decision-makers and mission partners., * Apply advanced data science techniques to support intelligence and operational mission requirements.

• Design and implement scalable processes for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and exploiting large datasets.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and analytical discoveries that support operational planning and intelligence objectives.
• Develop and maintain advanced Python-based tools, scripts, and automated workflows.
• Create operationally focused visualizations, dashboards, and analytic products that integrate seamlessly into daily mission activities.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable intelligence products that support operational decision-making.
• Support intelligence analysts, planners, and mission partners by delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Ensure analytical outputs align with Intelligence Community standards and customer requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and analytical efforts simultaneously in a dynamic operational environment.
• Document methodologies, workflows, and technical solutions to support mission continuity and knowledge sharing., * Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs) operating within the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Coca cultivation, trafficking, and production networks throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 - Analytic Standards.
• Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 206 and related intelligence production guidance.
• Operationalizing analytical findings to support mission planning, targeting, intelligence operations, and decision-making processes.
• Framing and presenting intelligence outputs in ways that directly support operational objectives and commander priorities.

• Demonstrated intelligence experience providing analysis and/or data science support to intelligence missions.
• Ability to operate independently at a senior level with minimal supervision.
• Senior-level proficiency in Python development and scripting.
• Demonstrated experience designing scalable processes to analyze large and complex datasets and identify analytical discoveries.
• Experience developing operational visualizations and data products that support daily mission requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting intelligence production and operational planning efforts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in high-tempo environments., * Experience supporting USSOUTHCOM, Joint Task Forces, Combatant Commands, or Intelligence Community organizations.
• Experience working with intelligence repositories, intelligence databases, and operational data environments.
• Experience building dashboards and operational decision-support tools.
• Familiarity with geospatial analysis and intelligence visualization platforms.
• Experience applying statistical analysis, predictive analytics, or machine learning techniques to intelligence challenges.
• Knowledge of illicit trafficking networks, counternarcotics operations, and regional security issues within the USSOUTHCOM AOR.
