Compensation

What You'll Be Doing
- Support and troubleshoot ERP, application, and database systems.
- Administer Windows servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and implement tuning improvements.
- Manage backups, security, and system availability initiatives.
- Support complex production issues and end-user technical requests.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.
- Lead and execute infrastructure and technology projects.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments, both on-premises and Azure.
- Strong Active Directory expertise, including Group Policy, replication, and security administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, security controls, monitoring, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall configuration.
- Ability to automate and troubleshoot using PowerShell and/or SQL scripting.
- Ability to independently manage projects and drive work to completion with minimal supervision.
