• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting Microsoft Operating System environments as an IT Systems / Server Administrator.

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with:

• Active Directory Domains

• VMware environments

• Exchange Server

• Microsoft 365 (M365)

• Backup solutions

• Dell Storage Solutions

• Minimum 8 years of experience providing direct technical support to business units and stakeholders.

• Minimum 8 years of experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications.

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing user accounts, permissions, and network configurations to support business and technical operations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing security parameters and maintaining compliance with agency security policies.

• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting infrastructure assessments and developing strategic recommendations and technical roadmaps.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience documenting technical support procedures, operational processes, and system requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing desktop and IT support within a state/public sector environment.
