Requirements

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service), enterprise integrations, and modern data platforms. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end CRM solution design, data integration, and event-driven architecture initiatives across enterprise systems., * 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, with 3+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM (Sales and/or Customer Service) and 4+ years on data integrations and pipelines.

  • Dataverse, Plug-ins, Custom APIs, JavaScript, C#
  • Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate
  • REST APIs, GraphQL, Supergraph
  • CDC, real-time integrations, event-driven architecture
  • AWS Data Lake, S3, Enterprise DB integrations
  • Azure services, CI/CD, GitHub, Azure DevOps
  • Strong experience with data pipelines, orchestration, and observability
  • Leadership experience guiding onshore/offshore teams

Candidates with large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation experience and strong integration/data engineering background are highly preferred.
